GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2060 OC
The RTX 2060 comes in matt black tone, which seems quite modern and superb. It requires an 8 pin dual power connector which is the same as we had for the GTX 1660. It has the same standard panel of ports i..e, three 1.4 display outputs, and a single 2.0 HDMI.
As compared to Nvidia’s it has a base clock of somewhere 1380MHz and overclocking boost takes it way up to 1700 to 1780Mhz, which is more than acceptable at such a price. Inside, it is integrated with 6GB DDR06 memory which has a bandwidth of 335/336GB per second, isn’t this extreme?
Besides this, it has turing architecture that helps in efficient cooling to prevent thermal issues. The airflow is opposite to fan blades, which boosts the cooling a lot with its copper pipe.
If you want to play strategy and action games such as COD WarZones, Assassin’s Creed, Star Wars, or Battlefield V, it is going to give a lot better FPS even on high settings. You will get up to 110FPS on a 1080P monitor.
For some E-Sports or arcade sort of games, you will get mind-blowing quality even on 4K at some specific games such as Shadow of Dream Rider or CS: GO. But, I would recommend you not to put that much high settings on 4k, because it can also cause overwhelming on 4K (as this is not for 4K).

MSI Radeon RX Vega 56
Now, this is going to be the most famous one on our list today’s list. RX Vega has some other siblings as well, but here we will specifically talk about RX VEGA 56, as this is a base variant and way affordable.
This is basically for game developers, not for gamers but if you are a developer, you can get this one for sure. It uses a couple of standard 8 pin connectors and standard input panels, whereas this significantly consumes more power than others on performance mode (250W).
Vega 56 has 08 gigs of VRAM which comes in DDR 05 of HMB-2 memory, the latest version of fast blazing memory at this price. For reference, you can get at least 410GB/sec data bandwidth which is more than enough.
It uses cooling technology both of air and liquid nitrogen that makes it able to overclock smoothly and silently. But again, it gets heat up & thermal performance is not that awesome on an air-cooled Vega 56 card.
You can easily get 120FPS on 1080P at very high settings. The idle power consumption is less than 40W but you are required to use both pins to avoid any crash. Though it can be used as a crypto miner, you have nothing to do with this thing.
The base clock frequency is 1155MHz which you can boost to up to 1475MHz depending on the type of game you are going to play.

Nvidia RTX 2080 Super
This card from Nvidia is quite underrated yet expensive because nobody cares about it that much. Because there’s nothing that exciting in this for the price, but you should still give it a read & later you can figure whether it could work for you or not.
Its design is something that we can say is “more compelling” than the others. It is a lot heavy and oversized than others which also requires more power to give it a run. Yet it’s almost 10% faster than one of its competitors, the same from RTX 2080 Nvidia.
Meanwhile, it’s better to say this doesn’t have a true competitor either.
Besides this, it has got a base frequency of 1650MHz and a clocking boost of 1820Mhz. You will be using a dual 8-Pin connector to supply the power to its PCI board, & rest of the things such as the input panel is pretty standard,
The FPS rate is just phenomenal at 1080P, where you will be getting 140FPS, that’s what he should have done. An interesting thing is that even if we increase gaming quality from 1080P to 4K, the rates also keep going on slightly better, which is a good indicator.

Getting down the price a little bit, we have got a budget guy from AMD on our list named 5700XT. Because, with this thing, AMD is drilling down 1080P gamers, just like you and me.
This may be a commercial strategy from AMD because they have realized that 1080P gaming is still popular amongst enthusiasts.
Diving deep into aspects, this bad guy has 8 gigs of DDR06 Video memory which now seems to be a standard thing in most of the budget cards out there. It has a bandwidth of roughly 16Gb per second, which is not that bad, but you clearly know this is from the house of “AMD”.
Further, it has a base clock frequency of 1450MHz that can be overclocked up to 1750MHz that’s equivalent to more than 15% of the base clock. Again, it is an 8pin connector, with a single pin set & it has a power wattage of 180.
The idle power usage is even less than 35% of the memory at 200W which you can turn all the way up to 100%. That’s what we call it overclocking where the fan becomes a bit turbulent but still silent.
The only drawback is it just has 6 gigs of RAM which is way less than its brother but don’t get fooled here because this is way better performing than 5700. You can control everything from its software program, which you will install on your PC.
You can overclock both of its Video memory and power usage as well. Getting a 160FPS at a 1080P monitor which has a 144Hz display is not a big deal here, you will be enjoying a super cool game.
One more advantage it has, you don’t need to worry about the room in your case in the sense of getting another just to get this installed. Because it is way lighter and of average size, even with its supercooling mechanism it has got down to its blades.

If you want to try some unique things from companies other than Gigabyte or Nvidia due to their expensive cards, this one is going to work for you. You have also got a good looking & heavy duty card in terms of quality in durability.
From this card, you can expect almost the same certain things as we had in AMD and Nvidia or Gigabyte which is a good thing at such a price, but some things are sort of ordinary (only for higher refresh rate monitors) as well.
The backplate here we have got is metallic (aluminum), which can help out in cooling & also enhance the protection here. Another great thing, the card is backlit, meaning it does glow while working. The temperature can hardly hit 65° even at high performance.

Features wise, it is going to be a bit in class, the same goes for design and quality. This is a backlit card, which uses attractive LEDs on its case. The cover is of plastic, but the back is more likely to be on a metallic side for better cooling maybe.
You can connect up to 04 monitors, a USB type C slot with a VR headset and this is something different than the others. It uses 8 gigs of DDR 6 video memory again, which is something cool here.
It can also work smoothly for screens with a refresh rate of 240hz (not for all models), but we are specifically targeting the 144Hz screens. Now, this is going to be on the mediocre side due to some things because it has way less base & boost frequency as compared to its competitor GTX 1080.
The base frequency it has is 1440MHz (GTX has 1660MHz) and a base boost of 1650MHz as compared to GTX 1080’s 1735MHz’s. So, if overclocking is something you are looking for, you have a better option at almost the same price.
But yes, it’s way better than Vegan 56 which had 1155MHz base and 1475MHz base only in terms of overclocking.
In terms of graphics results and rendering, it beats even Vegan 64 the elder brother of Vegan56, where you can get a slightly higher score on both 4k and 1080P. So, the FPS rate will increase automatically which is another great thing.
As per Pro gamers, it would only be a good fit, if you have planned to upgrade your display to over 240hz refresh rate & at that point, you don’t want to spend the money there. Otherwise, you have some better options to choose from.

This is a bit outdated in terms of some things, yet it can do the job which you are trying to do at a low cost and low power consumption. It is not that competitive in performance, but it is only worth your money if you can’t manage to get a relatively expensive card.
